1Overview
MIS is a magnetic code recognition sensor used to identify magnetic code tags. MIS recognition sensors are used together with magnetic code labels and mounting brackets (optional). The output of tag numbers can be achieved through analog voltage or current output or IO Link.
The analog output is set at the factory asWith a 16 step division, 15 magnetic code labels can be distinguished. In addition to identifying tags, the existence of tags can also be transmitted to the controller through digital switch output. Based on this functional approach, MIS sensors are suitable for easy identification tasks, such as tool replacement or specification changes. By identifying magnetic code labels, programming workload can be reduced as there is no need to explain the labels first. Sensors and tags only need to be installed in the desired location to start operating.
